FAQ
Do you work alone or with a team?
I lead most projects myself as a solo videographer, from concept to final delivery. However, for larger productions, I work with a trusted network of creatives to scale where needed, while remaining your main point of contact throughout the process.
What does the production process look like?
We start with a discovery call to align on goals, formats, and timelines. I then prepare a tailored quote, and once approved, we move into production. After filming, I handle the full edit from first cut to final delivery. You review and leave feedback via Frame.io, and I refine the video until final delivery in all required formats.
How long does a project usually take?
Most projects are delivered within 2 to 6 weeks after filming, depending on scope and complexity.
Do you provide end-to-end production?
Yes, everything from concept and scripting to final delivery. I can also step in for specific parts of the process, such as filming or editing only.
What types of clients do you typically work with?
I work with startups, scale-ups, and established companies across B2B and B2C, focusing exclusively on marketing and communication videos.
How do revisions work?
Feedback is handled through Frame.io, where you can review and comment in one place. You can also share this link with your team. This keeps the process clear and efficient. After final approval, you can download the videos in high quality, ready for use across all platforms.
What makes you different from a traditional video agency?
At Skapa, you get the flexibility and speed of a freelance-led approach, but with access to a trusted network of creatives when a project requires it. You work directly with me from start to finish, ensuring fast communication, clear creative direction, and no layers in between. For larger productions, I scale the team as needed.
What collaboration models do you offer?
I work both project-based and on a retainer basis. Project-based collaborations are ideal for one-off video productions with a clear scope, budget and timeline. Retainers are designed for brands that want ongoing content creation, faster turnaround times, a fixed monthly budget, and a long-term video strategy with me acting as an extension of the marketing team.
In which languages do you work?
Dutch is my native language, and I also work comfortably in English and French.
